  1. How do I book?
    You can either phone us or you can email us at: info@fundaybest.co.uk


  2. How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?
    You can book anytime, however, castles get very busy during spring and summer so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.


  3. How much does it cost?
    Please see our 'castles' page for all prices. These prices are a guide and may be higher in busy periods and cheaper in off season.


  4. What do the prices include?
    All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery,a small charge may need to be added for out of area deliveries, (please see delivery charge map). You will also receive a blower, extension cable, and safety crash mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.


  5. When are your bouncy castles available?
    Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays. Prices will vary depending on season - call for details.

  6. How long do I get the equipment for?
    Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 9:00 and 12:00. We will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually between 17:00 and 19:00 although the pick up time can be pre-arranged for later. You may also keep the castle overnight although an additional charge of 20 pound will be made. Please state any special delivery / collection requirements when you book.

  7. Do you hire overnight?
    Yes under certain circumstance this can be arranged, please contact us.


  8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
    Yes a small booking deposit of 20 pound is required just to guarantee your place.


  9. How do I pay?
    Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we DO NOT ACCEPT credit card payments. Cheques WILL NOT be accepted on the day of hire.  Cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear.


  10. What if I need to cancel?
    You may cancel at anytime, but you will lose your 20 pound booking deposit unless you are canceling due to the weather.


  11. What if it rains?
    Most of our castles have built in shower covers so can still be used in showery conditions. Bouncy castles should not be used in very heavy rain for safety reasons. If the weather is too bad we will ring you on the day to arrange another date or you can cancel the booking with no charge.

  12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
    This is not possible however, if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.


  13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
    The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.


  14. How much space is needed?
    We need a 3ft wide clear access to deliver most castles.You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front and rear of the castle and 2ft either side to allow access and for the blower at the rear. Please make sure all dog poo, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited before we arrive.

  15. Do you supply safety instructions?
    Safety instructions can be printed from here.


  16. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
    Yes most of our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12. Anyone older than this will need to hire an adult castles.

  17. Can you set up on Concrete or Stones?
    No due to safety reasons we will NOT set up on concrete under any circumstances. Grass is the preferred outside surface but the castles can also be used indoors so long as the room is large enough.


  18. Is there anything I need to provide?
    We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply, also you will need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.
